Biography

Francisco is an Attorney with RPG Law, where he represents businesses and community associations in a wide range of civil litigation matters. With 13 years of courtroom and litigation experience throughout Florida, Francisco has handled disputes from pre-suit negotiations through resolution, earning a reputation as a dedicated advocate and strategic problem solver. In fact, he often jokes that the courtroom has become his second home.

Prior to joining RPG Law, Francisco focused his practice on first-party property insurance litigation, representing homeowners, commercial property owners, and condominium associations in disputes involving hurricane, windstorm, fire, plumbing, vandalism, and other property damage claims. He has also developed substantial experience in real estate-related litigation, including escrow disputes, non-disclosure claims, contract disputes, and homeowners’ and condominium association matters. In addition, he has represented major financial institutions in collections litigation, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex civil disputes and business-related claims.

Francisco’s diverse background allows him to effectively advocate for clients across a broad spectrum of litigation matters while maintaining a practical, results-driven approach. He is committed to providing responsive, client-focused representation and helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence and clarity.

Francisco earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he had the opportunity to work at the office of the Florida attorney general as well as in a federal judicial internship, and was the president of the Hispanic Bar Association. Outside of the office, Francisco enjoys traveling, cheering on the Florida Gators, and searching for the best Cuban food Florida has to offer. He is a proud husband and father of two wonderful sons.
