Biography
Adam Gurley manages the firm’s litigation practice. He has spent the duration of his legal career representing community associations in all aspects of litigation, including: enforcement litigation, construction defect litigation, breach of contract disputes, and developer-turnover litigation. Adam has successfully resolved countless conflicts through mediation and arbitration. While he prioritizes resolving disputes without the need for judicial intervention, he has a proven track record of success litigating cases through trial and on appeal.
A native of Florida, Adam returned to the Sunshine State to practice law in 2014. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with his family.
