Biography
Adam Gurley manages the firm’s litigation practice. He has spent the duration of his legal career representing clients in all aspects of litigation, including: construction defect litigation, breach of contract disputes, covenant enforcement litigation and developer-turnover litigation. Adam has successfully resolved countless conflicts through mediation and arbitration. While he prioritizes resolving disputes without the need for judicial intervention, he has a proven track record of successfully litigating cases through trial and on appeal.
A native of Florida, Adam returned to the Sunshine State to practice law in 2014. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with his family.
Adam also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Suncoast Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI).
