Biography

Nicki Asmer has been representing community associations, builders and developers in the State of Florida for over two decades.  She has and continues to provide practical counsel to communities of all types and sizes, including condominiums, homeowners associations, condo-hotels, timeshares and cooperatives.  She strives to empower her clients with legal guidance that will allow them to effectively and efficiently build and run their communities.

Nicki is fluent in English and Spanish and has a known presence in the Hispanic Community. She was named the #1 Community Association Attorney by her peers in the Tampa Magazine’s 2017 Tampa Top Lawyers, and she has been listed as a “Super Lawyer” in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
