Biography

For over 15 years, D Jefferson Davis has provided clients with services in
Condominium & Homeowner Association Law, Real Estate, Residential
Foreclosure Services and Business Litigation and curative Title Services for
Investors.

Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he majored in Business
Administration (Finance) and earned his law degree from Florida State University
College of Law. His Bar Admissions include The Florida Bar and The U.S. District
Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a FL Certified Circuit & County Mediator
and holds a Florida Real Estate License.

He is an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law
Section & the Condominium and Planned Development Committee, the Orange
County Bar Association (OCBA), Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI), and
Community Associations Institute (CAICF).

Mr. Davis has been named to Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, Super Lawyers,
