Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 4-D into law on May 26, 2022. The new law(s) went into effect on that same date. The new legislation primarily addresses four categories: (1) reporting requirements, (2) inspection requirements, (3) reserve study requirements, and (4) reserve funding requirements.
