Effective July 1, 2025 it is mandatory for all condominium and cooperative associations to register for an online account with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), as they aim to make their processes more efficient.
This online portal allows you to upload documents and information directly, including general association information, building information, assessments, and more. The Structural Integrity Reserve Study (completion of which is required by December 31, 2025), will also be submitted through the portal.
