Covid-19 Update

Dear Clients and Friends of the Firm:

With the COVID-19 situation becoming increasingly volatile, we endeavor to remain in regular communication with you to help you through this difficult time. As you are likely aware, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency for the State of Florida in connection with the spread of the COVID-19 virus in late-March, and President Trump subsequently declared a national emergency a few days later.

Consistent with the closure of many businesses and government facilities, judges are now starting to cancel all “non-essential” hearings. Notwithstanding, our firm will continue to do what we can to aggressively pursue a favorable and timely resolution on behalf of our clients who are presently involved in litigation, to include scheduling telephonic hearings if permitted by the presiding judge.

Finally, we want you to know that we are here to assist you through this difficult time in any way that we can. While our physical offices are currently closed, our attorneys and staff members are working remotely, and our firm is otherwise fully operational. We, of course, remain available by phone 24/7, and we likewise remain available via conference call and via video conference. To schedule an appointment with our office, please call 727.475.5535 or schedule appointment online via our website: www.RPGLaw.com. To schedule an appointment online, click on the “Resources and Events” tab on our website, followed by the “Schedule an Appointment (Existing Clients)” link from the drop-down menu. The online calendar is password protected, so please contact our office by phone if your community has not yet received a password to the firm’s online calendar.

We are also planning to offer online/telephonic classes for board members in the near future on topics such as emotional support animals and community association litigation. Please keep an eye out for more information on how to sign up for those classes.

Stay healthy.

Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A.
